Federal Acquisition Regulation Secretariat Requests OMB Review for Buy American Act Implementation Act

The Federal Acquisition Regulation Secretariat has submitted a request to the Office of Management and Budget to review and approve an extension of an information collection requirement for the Buy American Act--North American Free Trade Agreement Implementation Act--Balance of Payments Program Certificate, following a public comment period that ended without any feedback.
