The Department of the Navy hereby gives notice of a prospective license to Photonics Components International L.L.C. to the Government owned invention described in U.S. Patent 4,763,272 entitled ``AUTOMATED AND COMPUTER CONTROLLED PRECISION METHOD OF FUSED ELONGATED OPTICAL FIBER COUPLER FABRICATION'', U.S. Patent 5,121,453 entitled ``POLARIZATION INDEPENDENT NARROW CHANNEL WAVELENGTH DIVISION MULTIPLEXING FIBER COUPLER AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING SAME'', and U.S. Patent 5,652,819 entitled ``METHOD FOR TUNING FIBER OPTIC COUPLERS AND MULTIPLEXERS.''
