Photonics Components International L.L.C. to Receive Exclusive Patent License from U.S. Department of the Navy

The U.S. Department of the Navy has announced its intention to grant Photonics Components International L.L.C. an exclusive patent license for three government-owned inventions related to fiber optic coupler fabrication and multiplexing.
