Controlled airspace is necessary to accommodate new Standard Instrument Approach Procedures (SIAP) for the Clarian North Medical Center Heliport, Carmel, IN, and the Methodist Hospital of Indiana Heliport, Indianapolis, IN. The FAA is taking this action to enhance the safety and management of Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) operations at the airport.
