This action proposes to amend Class E airspace for the Indianapolis Executive Airport, Indianapolis, IN airspace area. Controlled airspace is necessary to accommodate new Standard Instrument Approach Procedures (SIAP) for the Clarian North Medical Center Heliport, Carmel, IN, and the Methodist Hospital of Indiana Heliport, Indianapolis, IN.
