Pursuant to section 751(b) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act), and 19 CFR 351.216 and 351.221(c)(3), the Department of Commerce (the Department) is initiating a changed-circumstances review of the antidumping duty order on ball bearings and parts thereof from Germany with respect to Schaeffler Technologies GmbH & Co.
