NMFS has prepared Secretarial Amendment 1 to the Pacific Coast Groundfish Fishery Management Plan (FMP). Secretarial Amendment 1 would modify the FMP to add an overfished species rebuilding plan for petrale sole and revise existing overfished species rebuilding plans.
