Reasonable accommodations provide modifications or adjustments to: (1) The job application process that enables a qualified applicant or individual with a disability to enjoy equal employment opportunities available to persons without a disability; (2) the work environment; and/or (3) the manner in which a position is customarily performed. This system will be included in the Department of Homeland Security's inventory of record systems.
