Carbazole Violet Pigment 23 from the People's Republic of China: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review

On December 29, 2009, the Department of Commerce (the Department) published the preliminary results of the 2007-2008 administrative review of the antidumping duty order on carbazole violet pigment 23 (CVP 23) from the People's Republic of China (PRC). See Carbazole Violet Pigment 23 From the People's Republic of China: Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review, 74 FR 68780 (December 29, 2009) (Preliminary Results). This administrative review covers one exporter of the subject merchandise, Trust Chem Co., Ltd. (Trust Chem). We invited interested parties to comment on our Preliminary Results. Based on our analysis of the comments received, we have made one change to the margin calculation for Trust Chem. The final dumping margin for this review is listed below in the section entitled "Final Results of Review."
