Under the Clean Air Act (CAA or the "Act"), the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is granting a request from the State of Connecticut to reclassify the Greater Connecticut ozone nonattainment area from "Moderate" to "Serious" for the 2015 8-hour ozone national ambient air quality standards (NAAQS).
