In accordance with section 122(h) of the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980, ("CERCLA"), notice is hereby given by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Region 2, of a proposed cost recovery settlement agreement (Settlement) pursuant to CERCLA with the City of Buffalo and Metalico Buffalo, Inc.
