The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has submitted an information collection request (ICR), Chemical-Specific Rules under the Toxic Substances Control Act; Certain Nanoscale Materials (EPA ICR Number 2517.04 and OMB Control Number 2070-0194), to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act.
