Notice is hereby given of a proposed settlement regarding the Bliss Corner Neighborhood Site, located in Dartmouth, Bristol County, Massachusetts, with the Settling Parties: the City of New Bedford, Massachusetts, and the Town of Dartmouth, Massachusetts.
