Under the Cross-State Air Pollution Rule (CSAPR) trading program regulations, EPA allocates emission allowances to existing electricity generating units (EGUs) as provided in notices of data availability (NODAs). Through this NODA, EPA is providing notice of the availability of data on new or revised default allocations of CSAPR NO X Ozone Season Group 3 allowances to existing units for the 2023-2025 control periods, as well as the data upon which the allocations are based.
