(collectively, the petitioners), the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) is initiating a changed circumstances review (CCR) to consider the possible revocation of the antidumping duty (AD) order on polyethylene terephthalate (PET) sheet from the Sultanate of Oman (Oman).
