The U.S. Department of Energy ("DOE") is granting a waiver extension (Case No. 2020-007) to GE Appliances, a Haier Company ("GEA") from specified portions of the DOE consumer refrigeration products test procedure for determining the energy consumption of the specified GEA combination cooler refrigeration product basic model. Under this extension, GEA is required to test and rate the specified basic model in accordance with the alternate test procedure specified in the Order.
