The Commission hereby gives notice that it will proceed with full reviews pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 to determine whether revocation of the countervailing duty orders on hot-rolled steel flat products from Brazil and Korea, and revocation of the antidumping duty orders on hot-rolled steel flat products from Australia, Brazil, Japan, Korea, the Netherlands, Russia, Turkey, and the United Kingdom would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time.
