The Coast Guard is establishing a special local regulation for all navigable waters of the Tennessee River from mile marker (MM) 333.2 to MM 337.0. This action is necessary to provide for the safety of life on these navigable waters near Huntsville, AL during the Swim Hobbs Island event.
