The Commodity Futures Trading Commission ("Commission" or "CFTC") is amending its regulations regarding the timing for furnishing to the Commission the chief compliance officer ("CCO") annual reports of futures commission merchants ("FCMs"), swap dealers ("SDs"), and major swap participants ("MSPs") (collectively, "Registrants").
