This revision rescinds the state rule and associated state plan controlling mercury emissions from electric generating units. This rule is being proposed for rescision because the Federal Clean Air Mercury Rule, which is the basis for this rule and associated plan, has been vacated and removed from the Code of Federal Regulations.
