Approval and Promulgation of Air Quality Implementation Plans; South Dakota; Revisions to South Dakota Administrative Code

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is approving State Implementation Plan (SIP) revisions submitted by the State of South Dakota on July 29, 2013.
