The Commodity Futures Trading Commission ("CFTC" or "Commission") is announcing an opportunity for public comment on the proposed revision of two collections of certain information by the agency. The collection of information burden associated with that regulation belongs to OMB Control Nos. 3038-0052 and 3038-0074.
