Published below is a provisionally-accepted Settlement Agreement with Home Depot U.S.A., Inc. containing a civil penalty in the amount of five million, seven hundred thousand dollars ($5,700,000), within thirty (30) days of service of the Commission's final Order accepting the Settlement Agreement.
