On August 15, 2014, the Department of Commerce (the Department) published its notice of initiation and preliminary results of changed circumstances review, and intent to revoke, in part, the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on certain pasta from Italy.\1\ We invited parties to comment and received no comments.
