The Federal Transit Administration (FTA) is issuing this consolidated advance notice of proposed rulemaking (ANPRM) to request public comments on a wide range of topics pertaining to the new Public Transportation Safety Program (National Safety Program) and the requirements of the new transit asset management provisions (National TAM System) authorized by the Moving Ahead for Progress in the 21st Century Act.
