Under the provisions of the Paperwork Reduction Act, the Office of Governmentwide Policy will submit to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) a request to review and approve an extension of a previously approved information collection requirement concerning reporting tangible personal property. In support of OMB's continuing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, GSA invites the general public and other Federal agencies to take this opportunity to comment on the proposed information collection. In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, this notice seeks comments concerning forms that will be used to collect information related to tangible personal property when required by a Federal financial assistance award. OMB specifically requests comments on: (a) Whether the proposed collection of information is necessary for the proper performance of the functions of the agency, including whether the information shall have practical utility; (b) the accuracy of the estimate of the burden of the proposed collection of information; (c) the quality, uti
