This regulation establishes an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of 1,2,3-propanetriol, homopolymer diisooctadecanoate, herein referred to as triglycerol diisostearate, when used as an inert ingredient (emulsifier) when applied to animals. Valent Biosciences Corporation submitted a petition to EPA under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA), requesting an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance.
