EPA is taking direct final action approving State Implementation Plan revisions submitted by the State of Colorado on August 3, 2007 to Colorado's Regulation Number 1 (revisions to the performance testing requirements for air curtain destructors). Colorado adopted these rule revisions on October 2, 2006.
