The Coast Guard proposes to amend its regulation requirements for Safety Zones; Annual Events requiring safety zones in the Captain of the Port Lake Michigan zone. This proposed rule is intended to update the list of permanent safety zones regulations. Specifically, this rule proposes to remove one safety zone, amend the locations and/ or enforcement times for eight zones, and add three new zones.
