The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) gives notice of the decision and order (Case Nos. RF-018, RF-019) that grants to Samsung Electronics America, Inc. (Samsung) a waiver from the DOE electric refrigerator and refrigerator-freezer test procedures for the basic models set forth in its petitions for waiver in Cases RF-018 and RF- 019.
