On October 19, 2020, Secretary of State Michael R. Pompeo determined that each of Reach Holding Group (Shanghai) Company Ltd., Reach Shipping Lines, Delight Shipping Co., Ltd., Gracious Shipping Co. On the same date, Secretary Pompeo also determined that Eric Chen is a principal executive officer, or person performing similar functions and with similar authorities, of Reach Holding Group (Shanghai) Company Ltd. and Reach Shipping Lines, and that Daniel Y. He is a principal executive officer, or person performing similar functions and with similar authorities, of Reach Holding Group (Shanghai) Company Ltd. for the purposes of section 6(a)(11) of ISA, and selected sanctions described in section 6(a) of ISA to be imposed with respect to these persons.
