The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is publishing for public comment a notice of consolidation of petitions for rulemaking (PRM). The NRC is considering PRM-50-95 in conjunction with existing PRM-50-93 that the NRC is reviewing on the same issues, and is re- opening the public comment period to consider the matters raised by PRM-50-95.
