Purified Carboxymethylcellulose From Finland; Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review

On August 7, 2008, the Department of Commerce (the Department) published the preliminary results of administrative review of the antidumping duty order covering purified carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) from Finland. See Purified Carboxymethylcellulose from Finland; Notice of Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review, 73 FR 45948 (August 7, 2008) (Preliminary Results). The merchandise covered by the order is purified CMC as described in the "Scope of the Order" section of this notice. The period of review (POR) is July 1, 2006, through June 30, 2007. In the Preliminary Results, we invited parties to provide comments. We have not made any changes to our calculation based on our analysis of the comments received. Therefore, the final results do not differ from the Preliminary Results. The final weighted- average dumping margin for the reviewed firm is listed below in the section titled "Final Results of the Review."
