Small Business Size Standards: Waiver of the Nonmanufacturer Rule

The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) is granting a waiver of the Nonmanufacturer Rule for PSC 9130--Liquid Propellants-- Petroleum Base Manufacturing.
