The Department of the Interior (Department), Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), is amending its regulations by adding a new part to govern the grazing of livestock on the Navajo Partitioned Land (NPL) of the Navajo-Hopi Former Joint Use Area (FJUA) of the 1882 Executive Order reservation.
