The FAA proposes to adopt a new airworthiness directive (AD) for certain Fokker Model F.28 Mark 0070 and 0100 airplanes. This proposed AD would require modifying the passenger door and installing new placards. This proposed AD results from reports of the airstairs- type passenger door opening during flight.
