Channel 291A can be allotted to Knox City in compliance with the Commission's minimum distance separation requirements with a site restriction of 11.2 kilometers (7 miles) northwest to avoid a short- spacing to the license of Station KMOZ-FM, Channel 264C1, Grand Junction, Colorado.
