The International Telecommunication Advisory Committee will meet in February, March, April, and May to prepare for meetings of CITEL Permanent Consultative Committee I (PCC I), CITEL Permanent Executive Committee (COM/CITEL) and ITU World Telecommunication Development Conference (WTDC) Regional Preparatory Meetings.
