In accordance with the Privacy Act, the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (Board) is amending one system of records, entitled Consumer Complaint Information System (BGFRS-18), and removing another system of records, entitled Financial Disclosure Reports and Outside Business Interests Applications (BGFRS-19).
