The Commission requests comments on a petition filed by Linda Crawford, proposing the allotment of Channel 293C at Alpine, Texas, as the community's third local aural transmission service. Channel 293C can be allotted to Alpine in compliance with the Commission's minimum distance separation requirements without any site restrictions. The coordinates for Channel 293C at Alpine are 30-21-36 North Latitude and 103-39-36 West Longitude. Since Alpine is located within 320 kilometers of the U.S.-Mexico border, concurrence of the Mexican Government has been requested for this allotment. See Supplementary Information.
