The Department of Commerce (``the Department'') is postponing the preliminary determinations of the antidumping duty investigations of stainless steel sheet and strip from Italy, France, Germany, Mexico, Japan, the Republic of Korea, the United Kingdom and Taiwan. These investigations cover manufacturers and exporters of the subject merchandise during the period April 1, 1997 through March 31, 1998.
