In response to a request by an importer, Taiyo America, Inc., the Department of Commerce initiated an administrative review of the antidumpting duty finding on melamine from Japan for the period of review, February 1, 1996, through January 31, 1997. The importer's request covered two producers/exporters of subject merchandise.
