The Department of Commerce (the Department) has suspended the antidumping investigation on cut-to-length carbon steel plate from the People's Republic of China (PRC). The basis for the suspension is an agreement by the Government of the PRC to restrict the volume of direct and indirect exports to the United States of cut-to-length carbon steel plate from all PRC producers/exporters and to revise its prices to eliminate completely sales of this merchandise to the United States at less than fair value.
