(KPB) made sales of subject merchandise at less than normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR) March 1, 2024, through February 28, 2025. In addition, Commerce is rescinding the review with respect to LG Chem, Ltd. (LG Chem). Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.
