The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is issuing a proposed rule that would remove Schuylkill County, PA, from the Scranton-Wilkes- Barre, PA, Federal Wage System (FWS) wage area. This rule would also move Adams County and Perry County, PA, from the Harrisburg survey area to the Harrisburg area of application.
