The Supplement to the Draft Stateline Resource Management Plan and Environmental Impact Statement (RMP/EIS) is available to the public for a 90 day review period. The purpose of this supplement is to analyze four additional issues: (1) Ephemeral/perennial rangeland classification; (2) utility corridors; (3) mineral management in Wilderness Study Areas not designated by Congress; and (4) implications of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service's (FWS) Draft Tortoise Recovery Plan and Proposed Critical Habitat. These four issues have implications to all of the resources of the area, therefore a complete Alternative E was developed for consideration in this Supplement.
