The Mid-Atlantic Fishery Management Council's Scup Industry Advisory Subcommittee (SIA) and Black Sea Bass Industry Advisory Subcommittee (BSBIA) will meet on February 3, 1994, in the Spring Room of the Ramada Inn, 76 Industrial Highway, Essington, PA. The SIA will meet from 9 a.m. until 12 noon. The BSBIA will meet from 1 p.m. until 4 p.m. The following topics will be discussed at each meeting for each of the species: (1) Status of the resource; (2) Proposed minimum size limits; (3) Mesh restrictions; (4) Possession limits; (5) Seasons; (6) Entry limitation provisions; and (7) Special Management concerns (for example, Special Management Zones). These meetings are physically accessible to people with disabilities.
