This notice of proposed rulemaking is issued by the Deputy Administrator of the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) to place 4- bromo-2,5-dimethoxyphenethylamine (4-bromo-2,5-DMPEA) into Schedule I of the Controlled Substances Act (CSA).
