On June 1, 2012, the Department of Commerce (the "Department") published in the Federal Register its preliminary results of the fifth administrative review of certain lined paper products from the People's Republic of China ("PRC").\1\ We invited parties to comment on the Preliminary Results, however, no party submitted a case brief to the Department. The current review covers two exporters: Leo's Quality Products Co., Ltd./Denmax Plastic Stationery Factory ("Leo/Denmax") and Shanghai Lian Li Paper Products Co., Ltd. ("Lian Li"). For Leo/Denmax, we continue to apply adverse facts available ("AFA"); for Lian Li, we are rescinding the review. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
