The Coast Guard is temporarily changing the drawbridge operating regulations governing the operation of the Atlantic Beach Bridge, mile 0.4, across Reynolds Channel at Lawrence, New York. The owner of the bridge has requested a temporary change to the regulations to facilitate major rehabilitation at the bridge. It is expected that this temporary change to the regulations will help facilitate the bridge rehabilitation.
